The Follow Us feature gives your attendees one location where they can find social and website links and contact info for your event, your company, your speakers, and more. 👍 This makes it easy for attendees to find and engage with your event across any social media platforms or websites.

Add the Follow Us feature
From the Edit Event/Community page, click the Add Features button. In the modal that appears, scroll down to the Follow Us feature, click Add, and then close the modal.

Edit Settings
To customize the name and icon of the Follow Us feature or use groups to show it to only certain subsets of attendees, hover over the feature, and click the Settings (⚙️) icon.

When you're done making updates, click Save Changes.
Add Follow Us items
Now it's time to start adding ways for people to follow, contact, and learn more about you, your event, and your partners.
Hover over the Follow Us feature, and click the Edit button. This will take you to the Follow Us page. Click New Item.

In the window that appears, select the type of item (social media account, website, phone number) from the drop-down, and enter the specific item details.

Follow Us in practice
Attendees can open the feature and click or tap an item to open the webpage or see more details, depending on the item type.

Links to websites simply open in a new browser tab. Selecting a phone number on a mobile device gives the user the option to call or open the number in an app. Selecting an email on web or mobile opens the user's default mail application. Tapping addresses on web or mobile searches the address on Google Maps.
Metrics
After attendees have had a chance to click around the event a bit, you can check out the Feature Comparison chart on the Metrics tab to see the number of Clicks for each social link.
To see all of the other data points outlined in the Export section of our Event Metrics article, export the Metrics.
Pro tip! 😎
Make sure that you are using the "share link" for any websites you want to add, if available, and not simply copying the hyperlink in your browser since it may be different.
You're on a roll! 👏 Next check out the Event Game feature.
