What is the Webex Events platform?
The Webex Events platform is the management hub that event and community organizers use to build attendee registration, check-in, Event App, and community experiences that delight. 🤩 Whether your event is in-person, virtual, or hybrid, the platform is your team's gateway to building, managing, and controlling everything in Webex Events.
Manage anywhere
You don't run an event only from your office, so your event management software should go wherever you do. With a mobile responsive design, the Webex Events platform lets you manage the suite of Webex Events products from your office computer, the tablet you carry around while preparing for your event, and the phone in your pocket. 👍
Start with an Event or Community
No matter which products you're using, you always start by creating a single Event, then you configure the products you need from within that Event. After creating your Event, you're directed to the Overview page where you'll configure the Registration, Onsite, Event App, Lead Retrieval, and Live Display products.
The Event or Community Overview page is your hub for setting up each product and getting useful metrics and information to help guide you. As your event progresses, the Activity section keeps you informed with key metrics that link to each related product's Metrics page.
The Useful Links section dynamically shows links to helpful videos, articles, and learning courses based on which products you've activated and how close your event date is.

Simple navigation
The Webex Events platform has a simple, intuitive navigation layout that makes managing your events a breeze. Whether you're using individual Webex Events products by themselves or taking advantage of the entire suite, you create your Event or Community in the platform first, then configure the products you need using the navigation bar.
Products overview
Webex Events is a one-stop-shop for all of your event and community needs, providing solutions for Registration, Onsite check-in and badge printing, Communities, Events, Lead Retrieval, and Live Display. Keep reading to learn more about each of these. 📚
Registration
Webex Events Registration pairs seamlessly with other Webex Events products for a smooth attendee experience. It's also easy to set up, so you can spend your time doing what you do best — putting on amazing events.

Onsite
You have enough to deal with on event day, so we designed Webex Events Onsite to be the most simple and intuitive event check-in, badge printing, and session check-in solution out there. With Onsite's dynamic badge editor, create rich custom badge designs tailored to different attendee types.
No event check-in hardware? No problem! Rent iPads, stands, printers, and routers from us, and we'll order your badge stock, too. Everything you need ships directly to your venue.
For session check-in, session staff can simply use their personal devices, or you can source equipment.

Event App
Want a companion app for your in-person event? Need a complete solution for a hybrid or purely virtual event? The Webex Events App has everything you need to give your attendees that "wow" experience. 😮 Don't let the name fool you — the Event App is available on any platform via a browser or our iOS and Android apps.
The Event App has over 20 unique features, including Agendas, Live Streaming, Video Rooms, Sponsors and Exhibitors, Q&A and Polling, Maps, and much, much more. The Webex Events platform also has the flexibility to integrate with an enormous number of third-party websites, platforms, and services upon request.

Communities
Communities are just like Events, except their time frame can be months or even years. A community supports a variety of business goals, from growing your member base to increasing brand loyalty, gathering feedback, and keeping attendees excited and engaged throughout your annual event cycle.
Webex Events Communities have the same great features as Events Apps, supporting year-round usage for members around the globe.

Branded Mobile App
Everyone can use the Webex Events App mobile solution at no additional cost. If you want a mobile app customized with your branding that only shows your events, a Branded Mobile App is the option for you!
Use your own custom branding, color choices, and login format so the entire event experience is unified from end to end. You'll work with our Branded Apps team along the way to build and submit the app to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Lead Retrieval
The Lead Retrieval by Webex Events app turns every booth at your in-person venue into a supercharged lead generator! Clicking your user image in the top right corner of the Webex Events platform lets you control your Account Settings and Team Settings, refer Webex Events, review Privacy & Terms, and Log Out.
