How to log in to Webex Academy

We've provided the following instructions to help you learn how to log in to Webex Academy and access Webex Events courses.

  1. Sign up for a free Webex account if you don't have one, or log in to your existing Webex account.

  2. Open the Webex Events page in Webex Academy and click the Sign In button.

  3. Click the Webex Customer Login button.

  4. Enter your email and password, follow the prompts to agree to the terms and conditions, and answer the required questions.

You're in! Now you can access all the great learning content across Webex Events and all other products in the Webex Suite! 🎓

Customers (event organizers)

Visit the Webex Help Center to chat or speak with an expert, or to open a case. Our team is available to provide technical support 24/7/365.

App user support

We always encourage attendees to reach out to their event organizer for help since most questions relate to interacting with the event. If you can't resolve an attendee's problem, contact us via the Webex Help Center, and we'll help you guide them to a solution.

📫 What's New page

Whenever we release a new product, feature, or enhancement, we post about it on our What's New page. The What's New page has an archive of all our releases dating back to 2018. Sign up for email updates when you visit the What's New page so you always know about our latest and greatest.

We're proud of our products' history of stability and reliability. We sometimes schedule release downtime or have that rare service outage. In either case, we always announce and provide updates on outages through our status page. Click the button below to visit the page and sign up for updates so that when the unexpected happens, you can respond as quickly as we do.
