What notifications do Event App users receive automatically?

Whether attendees access your Event App from the Web App experience or the Mobile App, there are certain ways we automatically notify them of updates and announcements. Here's a quick overview of these communications:

💡 Keep in mind, Mobile App users must agree to receive push notifications on their devices. If they decline push notifications, dot notifications still appear in the app.

New Announcement

Web App - Red dot on feature

Mobile App - Red dot on feature, push notification

New Wall post

Web App - Red dot on feature

Mobile App - Red dot on feature

New comment or like on a Wall post

Web App - Not applicable

Mobile App - Push notification only to the original author of the post

New or activated Game challenge
