⚠️ WARNING! Don't complete this process unless a member of the Webex Events Branded Apps team has asked you to. We almost always take care of it for you. 👍

  1. Log in to App Store Connect.

  2. Click My Apps and select your app from the list.

  3. On the next page, click the App Privacy option under 'General'.

  4. On the App Privacy page, click Get Started.

    The Get Started button on the App Privacy page.

  5. In the pop-up window, select Yes, we collect data from this app, then click Next.

  6. On the next page, check the boxes for the following 17 items:

Contact Info:

  1. Name

  2. Email Address

  3. Phone Number

  4. Physical Address

  5. Other User Contact Info

Location:

  1. Precise Location

User Content:

  1. Photos or Videos

  2. Customer Support

  3. Other User Content

Identifiers:

  1. User ID

  2. Device ID

Usage Data:

  1. Product Interaction

  2. Other Usage Data

Diagnostics:

  1. Crash Data

  2. Performance Data

  3. Other Diagnostic Data

Select Other Data

After the above step, your Data Types section should list all 17 types above. Click on the box below each Data Type and set it up according to the following:

The Contact Info page, and each data type.

Contact Info

Name

  • Used for App Functionality and Analytics

  • Linked to the user's identity

Email address

  • Used for product personalization, App Functionality, and Analytics

  • Linked to the user's identity

Phone Number

  • Used for Analytics and App Functionality

  • Linked to the user's identity

Physical Address

  • Used for Analytics and App Functionality

  • Linked to the user's identity

Other User Contact Info

  • Used for Analytics and App Functionality

  • Linked to the user's identity

The setup for each Data Types on the Contact Info page as just described.

Location

  • Used for App Functionality

  • Linked to the user's identity

User Content
