Lead Retrieval knowledge base (sponsors and exhibitors)
The Lead Retrieval knowledge base is a small collection of articles for your exhibitors using Lead Retrieval. These articles contain everything your exhibitors need to know to use Lead Retrieval at your event. Exhibitors can also email us if they have any questions.
🎓 Webex Academy
As of March 29th, 2024, Webex Events Academy has merged with Webex Academy. This is the same free platform you're used to with courses, on-demand videos, and interactive guided practice to help you gain event knowledge. Plus, you now also have access to learning content for all other products in the Webex Suite in one place.
We’re excited to provide our organizers with a collection of detailed on-demand Webex Events courses packed with videos and information. If you're new to Webex Events, Webex Academy is an incredible place to start your journey! You'll be a Webex Events expert before you know it.

We've provided the following instructions to help you learn how to log in to Webex Academy and access Webex Events courses.
Sign up for a free Webex account if you don't have one, or log in to your existing Webex account.
Open the Webex Events page in Webex Academy and click the Sign In button.
Click the Webex Customer Login button.
Enter your email and password, follow the prompts to agree to the terms and conditions, and answer the required questions.
You're in! Now you can access all the great learning content across Webex Events and all other products in the Webex Suite! 🎓
⏯️ Webex Events YouTube channel
Some folks prefer the flexibility of videos they can watch on-demand instead of articles or courses. That's why we've added all the videos included in our Webex Academy courses to our YouTube channel. Most videos are under 5 minutes, so browsing and learning at your own pace is easy.

We always encourage attendees to reach out to their event organizer for help since most questions relate to interacting with the event. If you can't resolve an attendee's problem, reach out to us via chat, and we'll help you guide them to a solution.

We're proud of our products' history of stability and reliability. We sometimes schedule release downtime or have that rare service outage. In either case, we always announce and provide updates on outages through our status page.
