Webex Events is designed to be intuitive for you and your app users, sponsors, and more! There's a lot to learn about using Webex Events, so this article is your guide to all the resources you and your team can access when you get stuck, have a question, or need inspiration. 🧠

📖 Knowledge bases

Webex Events platform knowledge base (event organizers)

The Webex Events platform knowledge base you're reading right now covers the admin side of the Event App, Branded Apps, Registration, Onsite, Lead Retrieval, Streaming, Integrations & Partnerships, and Live Display.

Our articles are kept continually up to date with the current state of our products, so you'll never find information more than a single day out of date — that's a promise!

Lead Retrieval knowledge base (sponsors and exhibitors)

The Lead Retrieval knowledge base is a small collection of articles for your exhibitors using Lead Retrieval. These articles contain everything your exhibitors need to know to use Lead Retrieval at your event. Exhibitors can also email us if they have any questions.

🎓 Webex Events Academy

We’re excited to provide our organizers with Webex Events Academy, a collection of detailed on-demand learning courses packed with videos and information. If you're new to Webex Events, the Academy is an incredible place to start your journey! You'll be a Webex Events expert before you know it.

⏯️ Webex Events YouTube channel

Some folks prefer the flexibility of videos they can watch on-demand instead of articles or courses. That's why we've added all the videos included in our Webex Events Academy courses to our YouTube channel. Most videos are under 5 minutes, so browsing and learning at your own pace is easy.

If you prefer email, contact us at support@socio.events. We'll still respond quickly, though maybe not as fast. Don't forget about our complete and detailed knowledge base — that's where you are now! 😉

We also assign each Webex Events customer a point of contact. Reach out to them for help strategizing or finding the best resource.

🗣️ Face to Face

Every Tuesday from 9am to 10am ET and Thursday from 4pm to 5pm ET, join our event tech experts to ask questions and learn about Webex Events! We want to respect all of our customers' time, so if you bring coworkers with you, please choose one person from your group to ask questions. 🙏

Click the button below to sign in to Webex Events Academy, review the Face to Face schedule, and register for a session!

💡 Keep in mind, for time-sensitive questions or technical troubleshooting, chat with our support team.

App user support

We always encourage attendees to reach out to their event organizer for help since most questions relate to interacting with the event. If you can't resolve an attendee's problem, reach out to us via chat, and we'll help you guide them to a solution.

📫 What's New page

Whenever we release a new product, feature, or enhancement, we post about it on our What's New page. The What's New page has an archive of all our releases going back to 2018. Sign up for email updates when you visit the What's New page so that you always know about our latest and greatest.

❗ Status page

We're proud of our products' history of stability and reliability. We sometimes schedule release downtime or have that rare service outage. In either case, we always announce and provide updates on outages through our status page at status.socio.events. Click the button below to visit the page and sign up for updates so that when the unexpected happens, you can respond as quickly as we do.

💡Webex Events Planning Best Practices Timeline

If you're just starting your Webex Events journey, it can be overwhelming to figure out what to do first, where to find certain features, or even what's possible. Our customizable Planning Timeline spreadsheet is an amazing resource to guide you from event creation to cleanup afterward. Read our article about the timeline to learn how to use it.
