Once you publish your Event/Community or Branded App, the Webex Events Platform automatically generates a promo page with links to download your Event App. Share this page with attendees so they can easily join your event!

Event App promo page
On your Event/Community's Manage Event page, hover over the Promote tab, then choose Launch Promo Page from the drop-down.
The promo page opens in a new tab. Copy the URL and share it with attendees via social media platforms, email, or any other method you can think of. You can even embed it in your website! 👍
The promo page contains links to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store by default, and the Web App button is optional. The Scan QR Code and Text me the Link options let attendees access the Event App download page from their mobile devices.
To include or exclude the Web App button on your promo page, simply click the Web App tab, then check the Include a button linking to the Web App on the Event Promo Page checkbox.
Branded App download page
From any page in the Webex Events Platform, click the Event App drop-down and select My Apps. Next, click the Settings (⚙️) icon next to your app and select the App Download Page option.
The Branded App download page opens in a new tab. Copy the URL and share it with attendees via social media, email, or any other method you can think of. You can also embed the promo page in your website! 👍
⭐️ Keep in mind, you can't add the Web App button to the Branded App download page, so if you're offering both options to attendees, share the Event App promo page instead.
