Once in a while, you may need to update your email and/or password on the Socio Platform. Perhaps the email you initially entered has a typo, or you have a new email address due to a name change or company rebranding. You may also regularly update your password, or you may have forgotten it. We make it easy to update your Platform email address and password. Learn more below. 👇

Update my Platform account email and send a verification link

⭐️ Keep in mind, if you can't log in to the Socio Platform, live chat with our support team using the bubble at the bottom of this screen.

When logged into the Socio Platform, click your profile avatar and select Account Settings from the drop-down.

In the modal that appears, click Change next to the Email field.

Enter the correct email address in the New Email Address field and click Save Changes.

Click Save Changes in the Account Settings modal.

Verify my Platform account email

Once you change your email in Account Settings, we send a verification email to your email inbox. The email verification link expires within 24 hours, so don't delay!

Click the Verify my email button to confirm your email address.

Update my Platform account password

To update your password from within the Socio Platform, navigate to Account Settings and click Change next to your password. In the modal that appears, enter your current password and the new password, confirm the new password, and click Save Changes.

Click Save Changes in the Account Settings modal.

⭐️ Keep in mind, if you forgot your Platform password, don't worry! Simply visit the Platform Login page, enter the email associated with your account, and click the Forgot Password link. Next, check your inbox for a link to reset it, and follow the instructions.
