For a personalized quote from Choose 2 Rent, fill out and submit our Choose 2 Rent Contact Form linked below. Someone from the Choose 2 Rent team will contact you within two business days to discuss custom badge requirements, shipping dates and locations, and hardware requirements.

Once you agree on hardware quantities, you'll sign a contract with Webex Events and Choose 2 Rent. Choose 2 Rent will prepare your equipment and send it via FedEx or other carriers depending on the location of the event. You'll receive the tracking information when the equipment ships on the pre-planned shipping date.

Once you have your equipment, unbox it and set it up, following the guide that comes with the equipment and our hardware and software setup documentation. If you have questions while setting up your equipment, don't hesitate to contact our support team or Choose 2 Rent support.

Once you're done with your event, box up your rental items and return them to Choose 2 Rent. Use the return labels included in your rental shipment to return your items via the carrier indicated on the return label.
