Receive your Rental Equipment
After you agree on hardware quantities, you'll sign a contract with Choose 2 Rent. Choose 2 Rent will prepare your equipment and send it via FedEx or other mail carriers depending on the location of your event. You'll receive the tracking information when the equipment ships on the pre-planned shipping date.
💡 Keep in mind, depending on your event's location and the items you order, the lead time can vary between 1-6 weeks.
Use the Equipment at your Event
When you receive your equipment, unbox it and set it up, following the guide that comes with the equipment and our hardware and software setup documentation. If you have questions while setting up your equipment, don't hesitate to contact our support team or Choose 2 Rent support.
Return your Equipment
When your event is over, box up your rental items and return them to Choose 2 Rent. Use the return labels included in your rental shipment to return your items via the carrier indicated on the return label.
