Create your Virtual Office
Most teams get started with one of the customizable floor templates. Add your company logo, decorate with furniture, and create functional meeting areas like conference rooms and common areas to accommodate your team.
Embed the Virtual Office in Webex Events
Once you're done creating your space, copy the space URL.
You're ready to embed it in your Event App!
Add a Virtual Office feature
If you'd like a dedicated feature in your event where folks can hang out in your virtual office, use the Web Link feature.
Simply add the Web Link feature to your event, edit it, and enter the URL that you copied in the previous step. Make sure you uncheck the 'Open link in external browser' box so the virtual office will embed in the Web App. You don't need to use the 'Pass Data to URL' checkbox.
Attendees can start interacting with each other in the virtual office while having a great experience in your Event App.
Mobile App users can click the virtual office feature to launch the content in their device's default browser.
