Webex Events Web App

Any tablet, laptop computer, or desktop computer using the browsers listed below can access a Webex Events Web App:

💡 Keep in mind, always use the latest version of your browser for the best experience.

  • Google Chrome (recommended)

  • Firefox

  • Safari*

  • Microsoft Edge

*The Video Rooms feature may not work as expected in the Safari browser.

Webex Events Production Studio

The Webex Events Production Studio host experience works only in a computer browser, and the speaker experience works on both a computer or a mobile device. In either case, we support the following browsers:

  • Google Chrome (recommended)

  • Microsoft Edge

Mobile users on iOS can also use Safari.

Webex Events App, Branded Apps, Lead Retrieval

The Webex Events App (formerly Socio), Branded Apps, and Lead Retrieval by Webex Events are available for Apple and Android devices.

Minimum iOS version: 15

Minimum Android version: Android 10

Webex Events Onsite app

The Webex Events Onsite app is available for Apple devices.

Minimum iOS and iPadOS version: 15
