Webex Devices don't include a traditional browser, so the usual methods of joining the Web App or a Webex Events Streaming studio won't work on a Webex Board, Desk Pro, or Desk Mini. The good news? There's a workaround! You can easily add the Webex Events Web App and Studio links as Webex Device web apps via the Webex Control Hub or UI Extensions Editor. Then, you can launch them from your Webex Device.

⭐️ Keep in mind, this article assumes you've already created a Live Stream feature and/or Agenda session. If you need more information, see our Live Stream feature guide or Agenda feature guide for instructions on setting up these features.

Copy the Webex Events Streaming Speaker Link

⚠️ Caution! Because the streaming studio isn't optimized for Webex Devices, we strongly recommend testing the studio experience on your Webex Device before the live stream. We don't recommend using the Launch Studio link.

Follow the instructions in our Getting Started with Webex Events Streaming article to copy the speaker link.
