Create your Simple Booth

To create your photo booth, head to https://www.simplebooth.com/, create an account, and follow their step-by-step instructions to create your booth.

Embed your Photo Booth in Webex Events

First, add a Web Link feature to your Webex Events event, edit it, and enter the URL that you copied in the previous step. Make sure you uncheck the Open link in external browser box so the feed embeds in your event's Web App. You don't need to use the Pass Data to URL checkbox.

⭐️ Keep in mind, you can change the feature name and icon to better reflect your virtual photo booth! Click the Settings (⚙️) icon to change them.

Web App users can use the photo booth embedded in the Web App, so they can take and post pictures without leaving the Event App.

Mobile app users can tap the feature to launch the photo booth in their device's default browser.

You can also add a Web Link for your photo booth's gallery or and live feed so attendees can see photos others have taken. Simply follow the steps in this article, using the gallery/live feed link instead of the booth link.

Now you know all about embedding Taggbox in your event! Make sure you encourage attendees to post their selfies on the Wall and on social media with your chosen hashtags. 🎉
