About Calendly

Calendly is a free appointment scheduling software that helps you set up meetings with other people by showing them your availability.

Calendly Resources

Check out Calendly's Help Center and their video tutorials to learn more about it and maximize Calendly's usefulness.

Create your Calendly link

Head to Calendly, sign up, and create your event. Once you create the event, you'll be given a link. Copy the share link so you can put it in your Event App.

Add the Calendly link in Socio

You can use a Calendly scheduling link as a web link, an external link, or an attendee call-to-action link. Make sure you uncheck the box for Open link in external browser, so it embeds in your event app. You don't need to use the Pass Data to URL checkbox.

You can have sponsors, speakers, and event staff set up their own Calendly calendars. They can send you the link when their calendar is ready to go so you can put it into the Socio event. Attendees can then use the calendars to schedule demos, follow-ups, and more!
