About Calendly
Calendly is a free appointment scheduling software that helps you set up meetings with other people. "Open your schedule only to the days and times that work for you. When your invitee chooses a meeting slot, it’s instantly confirmed. Meetings are scheduled without calendar conflicts, reminders go out automatically, and rescheduling is a breeze for everyone."

Create your Calendly link
Head to Calendly, sign up, and create your event. Once you create the event, you'll receive a link. Click the Copy Link button.

Add the Calendly link in Socio
You can use a Calendly scheduling link as a Web Link, an External Link, or an attendee call-to-action link. You can also use the Web List feature for a list of multiple different calendars. Whichever you choose, make sure you uncheck the box for Open link in external browser so it embeds in your event app. Pass Data to URL isn't relevant here, so leave it unchecked.

Sponsors, speakers, and event staff can also set up their own Calendly calendars. Once someone has their calendar ready to go, have them send it to you so you can add it to the appropriate place in the Socio event. Attendees can then use the calendars to schedule demos, follow-ups, and more!
