About Calendly
Calendly is a free appointment scheduling software that helps you set up meetings with other people. Here's what Calendly has to say about how their intuitive platform works:
"Open your schedule only to the days and times that work for you. When your invitee chooses a meeting slot, it’s instantly confirmed. Meetings are scheduled without calendar conflicts, reminders go out automatically, and rescheduling is a breeze for everyone."

Create your Calendly link
Go to https://calendly.com, sign up, then follow the setup steps after confirming your email. Use Calendly's Getting Started instructions to fill out your profile, connect your calendar, and more.
Set up attendee information auto-fill
If you want Webex Events to auto-fill attendee information in Calendly using our Pass Data to URL function, configuring Calendly is easy! Simply edit your Calendly event, expand the 'Invitee Questions' section, and set the 'Name Input' field to 'First Name, Last Name'. Click Apply and Save & Close to save your changes.
Copy the scheduling link
When your Calendly event is ready, go to the Home page and click Share on your event. In the modal that appears, click the Copy Link button.
Add the Calendly link in Webex Events
Use a Calendly scheduling link in a Web Link feature, as an attendee call-to-action link on a sponsor or speaker profile, or anywhere else you can enter an External Link. You can also use the Web List feature for a list of multiple different calendars.
Whichever you choose, make sure you uncheck the box for Open link in external browser so the Calendar embeds in your Event App.
If you configured Calendly to auto-fill attendee information from Webex Events as described earlier, check the Pass Data to URL box.
Sponsors, speakers, and event staff can also set up their own Calendly calendars. Once someone has their calendar ready to go, have them send you their scheduling link so you can add it to the appropriate place in the Event App. Attendees can then use the calendars to schedule demos, follow-ups, and more!
