Lite Check In is a simple, easy-to-use tool that's most often used for in-person events. This admin-only tool is purely for tracking purposes and doesn't affect attendees' ability to access a connected Event App or Community.

⭐️ Keep in mind, Lite Check In isn't related to the check-in functionality of Webex Events Onsite. For more about Onsite's check-in and on-demand badge printing features, read Introduction to Webex Events Onsite.

Using Lite Check In

In your Event or Community navigation bar under ‘Registration', click Lite Check In, then click Turn On, to get started.

Check attendees in or out

Simply click the Check In button in the status column to check an attendee in. The button changes to Check Out, and you can click it to check the attendee out.

As you check people in, the Checked-in Status updates for all attendees. In the above example, 15 out of 358 attendees have checked in.
