Lite Check In is a simple, easy-to-use tool that's most often used for in-person events. This tool is purely for tracking purposes and doesn't affect attendees' ability to access a connected Event App or Community. Simply hover your cursor over the Check In menu item, and click Lite Check In to start using it!

⭐️ Keep in mind, Registration Check In shouldn't be confused with the check-in functionality of Socio Onsite. For more about Onsite's check-in and on-demand badge printing features, check this out.

Check In overview

⭐ Keep in mind, Lite Check In is only available in a computer browser.

At a glance, you can review the following information on the Lite Check In page.

  • Attendee Name

  • Email

  • Ticket Name

  • Ticket Status

  • Order ID#

  • Ticket ID#

  • Status

Ticket Statuses can be either Complete or Not Paid. Refunded tickets will never appear in the Lite Check In page.

Click the drop-down at the top to filter on attendees that are checked in, or checked out. You can also search for an individual attendee using the search box at the right.

⭐️ Keep in mind, we recommend using the attendee's email address to search for them.

Using Lite Check In

It's so easy! Simply click the Check In button in the status column to check an attendee in. The button changes to Check Out. Click the Check Out button to check the attendee out again.

As you check people in, you'll see the Checked-in Status for all attendees update. In the above example, 15 out of 358 attendees have checked in.
