Check In is a simple tool that is easy to use to check attendees in or out of your event. It can be used for any event style, but is most often used for in-person events, and it isn't required that an attendee checks in. Check In is only available in a desktop browser. You’re ready to get started with check in instantly!

Reviewing Check In

At a glance, you can review the following information on the Check In page.

  • Attendee Name
  • Email
  • Ticket Name
  • Order ID#
  • Ticket ID#
  • Status

At the top, you'll see the Checked-in Status for all attendees. In the above example, 4 out of 6 attendees have checked in.

Click the drop-down at the top to filter on attendees that are checked in, or checked out. You can also search for an individual attendee using the search box at the right.

⭐️ Keep in mind, we recommend using the attendee's email address to search for them.

Using Check In

It's so easy! Simply click the Check In button in the status column for an attendee to check them in. The button will change to Check Out. Click the Check Out button to check the attendee out again.

Hover over the attendee's row to see the last time and date that they checked in or checked out.
