Profile

User

The name of each user is listed, along with their picture if applicable.

Summary

The profile summary is similar to an elevator pitch. The character limit is 250.

⭐️ Keep in mind, the summary is searchable by attendees in the Attendees feature of the app.

Title 

Underneath the user's Summary, the user's Title is listed. This is helpful for other attendees who are interested in their field, and may want to connect with that user.

Company

Underneath the user's Title, the user's Company is listed. This is helpful for other attendees who are interested in their company, and may want to connect with that user. 

⭐️ Keep in mind, this field is searchable by attendees in the Attendees feature of the app.

Registration Email

The registration email is the email that the user signed up with (if they have signed up), or it is the email that you've added for them. 

⭐️ Keep in mind, if you've created a profile and added a registration email for a user, they must sign up with that email in order to link their profile.

Groups

Any groups that the user is in will be indicated underneath the Registration Email field with an icon in the Group's color, that includes the Group's name.

Show QR Code

The Socio Lead Retrieval app is the most seamless way for your sponsors and exhibitors to capture leads with enriched data — all by scanning attendees' QR codes. Click Show QR Code to view and download an individual user's QR code in the Socio Platform. Check out our article for more info on how to Manage Attendee QR Codes and Badges.

Settings (⚙️)

Click the Settings (⚙️) icon in the upper-right corner of the Profile section to see actions that you can perform on this user: Edit, Export, Assign to Group, Show QR Code, and Block/Remove

⭐️ Keep in mind, non-active users can be removed, while active users can be blocked.

If needed, you can Block a user in the event and their status will change to BLOCKED. The user's information is removed from the app, as well as their activity (wall posts, personal agenda, etc.).

Accounts

Users can add or edit accounts from different platforms to their app profile, creating a digital business card that is shared with users when they connect. This section is also editable by event organizers in the Socio Platform, allowing you to further populate attendee profiles.

Personal Agenda

In the Personal Agenda section, click the Add Sessions button to add sessions to the user's My Agenda. The sessions that they've added to their personal agenda, whether by an admin or by the user, are viewable here. Click the Settings (⚙️) icon to see the option to Remove from Personal Agenda.

Social Activity

If you're using the Wall feature, the Social Activity section gives you the ability to review, remove, or export this user's Wall posts.
