Sponsors

The Sponsors feature is a list of your sponsors' profiles. We're here to help you create a raving sponsor base, who are excited to sponsor your event or community each year, and the Sponsors feature is just one of the ways to showcase sponsors in your event app! Provide each sponsor with a profile, including photos and descriptions, internal links to sponsored sessions, and external links to their website. (Feature Guide)

Speakers 

The Speakers feature is a list of your speakers' profiles. Provide each speaker with a profile, including photos and descriptions, internal links to sessions, and external links to their website, professional articles, and more. (Feature Guide)

Documents

The Documents feature is used to present PDFs and images in a simple, easy to navigate format. For information that is best in hard-copy form, or as a quick way to upload documents that you don't have time to input in another feature, the Documents feature can't be beat. Some examples include session materials, menus, or even hard copies of the agenda or map. (Feature Guide)

   

Single Document

The Single Document feature is used to present a PDF or image in a simple, one-click view. This is similar to the Documents feature, but with only one document that launches immediately. For information that's best in hard-copy form, or as a quick way to upload a document that you don't have time to input in another feature, the Single Document feature can't be beat. Some examples include a welcome letter, seating chart, or even a hard copy of the agenda or map. (Feature Guide)

Exhibitors

The Exhibitors feature is a list of your exhibitors' profiles. Provide each exhibitor with a profile, including photos and descriptions, location links to their booth on the map, and external links to their website, online stores, and more. (Feature Guide)

Maps

The Maps feature makes it easy for attendees to navigate your event or venue. They can explore the map, and find rooms and booths from the agenda and exhibitor/sponsor profiles. This also saves time for your staff, minimizing the number of directions inquiries. (Feature Guide)

   

Live Stream

The Live Stream feature allows app users to join a live stream by tapping a feature icon, instantly launching the live stream on a mobile device or computer. This feature is perfect for highlighting your keynote session, or linking directly to your live stream if you are using one for all of your sessions. If you would like individual links for each of your sessions, the Live Stream section of the session may be a better fit. (Feature Guide)


Game

The Game feature allows you to promote networking, increase attendance to sessions and special events, boost foot traffic to exhibitor booths, fuel competition between attendees, and more. Follow Us

The Follow Us feature allows you to have a single place where app users can follow all of your event, company/organization, and sponsors' social media, website, phone number, email, and more. (Feature Guide)

      

Wall

The Wall feature is a social feed that acts as your personal Social Media. App users can post pictures, comments, and "like" posts. We've seen the wall renamed Share Media, Photo Contest, Discussion Board, and Ride Share - to name just a few examples. (Feature Guide)

   

Attendees

The Attendees feature (AKA Users in Communities) is included in your features by default. Attendees are the app users, and appear in the Attendee feature list when they join, or when you add them to Users & Groups. Pre-loading the attendees list allows you to pre-populate their personal profiles. However, pre-loading attendees is only required if you are using the Invite Only privacy setting. App Guide

The App Guide feature is a great addition to any event or community, whether your app is simple and straightforward, or complex with multiple interactive features. It's also one of the easiest features to implement! The feature directs app users to our extensive Attendee Help Center, including feature walk-through articles as well as best practices. Custom List

The Custom List feature is a list of items. This feature is extremely flexible, and can be used in countless ways to add value! For a quick way to organize a collection of information, the Custom List feature is a perfect solution. A Custom List could be used as a FAQ section, a city guide, or a featured sessions list, to name just a few examples. (Feature Guide)  

Single Item

The Single Item feature launches an item directly. This is similar to the Custom List feature, but instead has only one item that opens in a simple, one-click view. This feature is extremely flexible, and can be used in countless ways to add value! For a quick way to showcase information, the Single Item feature is a perfect solution. The Single Item feature can present the event contact info, shuttle schedule, or WiFi info, to name a few examples. (Feature Guide)

Web Link

The Web Link feature is used as a direct button to any hyperlink. This feature is extremely flexible. For a quick way to link to information that is best presented in another website, or for outside information, the Web Link feature is a perfect solution. Some examples include your organization or event website, a premier sponsor's website, or a link to a live poll/Q&A. (Feature Guide)

  

Web List

The Web List feature is a list of hyperlinks. This feature can be used in countless ways to add value! For a quick way to link to information that is best presented in a collection of websites, the Web List feature is a perfect solution. A Web List could be used as a city guide, a list of surveys/Q&A/polls for your sessions, or a collection of additional info links (such as parking and dress code info). (Feature Guide)

  

My QR Code

The My QR Code feature is included with Lead Retrieval, to allow exhibitors and sponsors to easily scan lead information from users. An app user can simply click on this feature in the app to view and share their personal QR Code. Check out more about our Lead Retrieval product here

The My QR Code feature is added to your app's features automatically after Lead Retrieval is activated. It can't be added from the feature list. (Feature Guide)
   

Overview

The Overview feature is included in your features by default. Clicking the Overview feature takes app users to the Details page, which is the same page they will see when they first click to join your event or community. (Feature Guide)
   

Announcements

The Announcements feature is perfect for letting app users know about a last-minute change, an important reminder, or to drive eyes to your sponsors! With push notifications sent directly to your app users' devices, you'll never have to scramble to set up microphones or coordinate announcements with your team again. (Feature Guide)
